Dalian Chengling Precision Industry Co., LTD was established in May 2004, with the total investment of 4.3 million USD and the registered capital of 2.2 million USD. With its floor area of 11449 ㎡and construction area of 8000 ㎡, the company now has more than 150 employees. Located in Dalian Export Processing Zone, where a management of "inside the territory while outside the customs" is adopted, the company enjoys the import and export right as well as other preferential policies as duty-free and bonded policies.
The company obtained the ISO9001:2000 Quality System Certification in 2004. Mainly engaged in processing and manufacturing of engineering plastics resin forming and precision moulds, the company carries out processing with imported materials from domestic and foreign well-known enterprises and materials supplied by customers. The company mainly processes automobile sensors for Japanese famous auto brands and provides products for many well-known enterprises in the development zone.
Forming Department: mainly 50T vertical electric forming machine of Xinxie Mechinery, 75T4 sets, and eight set FANUC 100 t, including 2 domestic forming machines, as well as 17 forming machines of 15 t to 280 t in total.
Stamping Department: 110t punching machines and 110t punching machines made in Komatsu, 10 5t to 25 t machines as well as 2 automatic cleaning sinks for service of stamping.
Mold Department: mitsubishi EDM, wire cutter, machining centers and other normal mould processing equipment. In addition to the molds for forming and stamping, there are also manufacturing and fixtures.
